A 1969-graduate of Teacher’s College in Mosul, Iraq, combined with a fine arts diploma from Baghdad, Iraq, Munir Toma brings over three decades of studies and practical experience to PILOT Brandesign. His teaching career spans nearly 20 years, educating both elementary and high-school students about the fundamentals in fine arts.
In his practical work, he has drawn and painted numerous paintings as well as decorated and restored a private Church in Istanbul, Turkey, where he worked on for nearly two years.
His North American studies includes a diploma from George Brown College, where he specialized in graphic design and commercial advertising. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in signage design and fabrication, bringing forth this expertise to the Signage Director which he holds at PILOT Brandesign.
